Before ordering please note: all cakes are made fresh to order and are non-refundable.

 

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept order cancellations or returns. All sales are final and we strongly recommend that customers review all the details of their order prior to placing it.

 

We ship our cakes frozen, to ensure that you will receive them tasty and flawless. When your cake arrives, take it out of the shipping container and place it in your freezer. Completely unwrap and thaw before serving. Or, you can cut the cake into slices, wrap each slice and return to the tin and back into your freezer. The cake should keep frozen up to 2 months. 

Do not refreeze. 

Do not microwave. 

 

Shelf life:

-use within 7 days in the fridge;

-store up to 2 months in the freezer.

Cake orders may not be available on specific dates, in particular, certain holidays and special event weekends.

Since our cakes are handcrafted, each is an individual creation and may not appear the exact color or exactly as it does in our example photos or photos provided by the customer.
