DELIVERY INFO

We ship only in Illinois by UPS ground.

Please be advised that Biorganic requires 5-7 days for processing before shipping. You will be sent a shipping notification and tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. We ship via UPS every Monday-Friday with the exception of major holidays. Due to the UPS shipping schedule, Biorganic cannot ship for arrival on Sundays. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery and freeze or refrigerate the items as required. Biorganic cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with incorrect address, or for shipping delays resulting from inclement weather.
